All the video shows require the Photodex Presenter helper. I've tested on IE, Firefox, Netscape and Chrome. It is free, and downloads directly from Photodex Corp. You should be prompted the first time you try to access a show. For more info, see

Unfortunately, the Photodex Presenter only works on PCs and not Macs or Tablets. Sorry about that.

To complete the install you may have to back down your security settings temporarily since it requires access to DirectX. Once installed, you can restore your security settings. You should only have to do this once.
